A warehouse map is a medicines or store document

MHRA mapping and NHS SPS sensor pages belong to medicines storage. They are not a kitchen diary and they are not a USB-pen specification.

MHRA’s mapping introduction asks for empty and loaded maps, worst-case permanent probes and seasonal repeats. NHS SPS treats an air sensor as an early warning and a continuous logger as the way to see excursion duration. Those pages are medicines GDP. They are not HACCP, and this publication has not mapped a store.

GuideGxP distinguishes annual maintenance language for transport monitoring equipment from risk-based language for fixed storage, and it cites EU GDP. Temp Logger UK does not copy those EU clauses as a UK duty. UK readers are sent to the MHRA and SPS pages.

What would a mapping file have to include?

An original mapping note would keep the empty-map and loaded-map files with probe identities, the calibration evidence if a traceable claim is made, and an alarm path tested separately from file completeness. It would also say that an empty-store map is not permanent. This publication has not mapped a store. The MHRA and NHS SPS pages cited above remain medicines guidance, not a kitchen diary.
